Hi,
Today  am going to show you how to download youtube videos on your windows phone directly to your phone memory card/ removable storage without those youtube third part download apps.

Am sure there are so many apps in the store that allow you to download the videos but its usually tiresome transferring the videos to another device plus once the app is uninstalled the videos get deleted as well.
Oh ! well lemme just jump right to it.

Requirements:

1. An external storage/ memory card
2. A file manager app that allows you acces to your memory card files
//I prefer the microsoft app *file* , its available for free from the store, its light, simple and does pretty much everything//
3. UCbrowser for windows phone
//its free in the windows phone //

Procedure:

1.Download and install UCbrowser

2.Open UCbrowser and the youtube site ,the mobile version.
-Search for the video you want to download  i.e sword art online ep 1, yes i love anime
- click on the blue icon in the middle of the page

3. It will redirect you to a page that will allow you to choose your video quality, mp4 videos are large compared to 3gp , choose wisely, considering your memory card storage space and internet speed as well.
-Select the option to save to memory card as well , then click watch offline

  4
. You should see your file in the         downloading section

5. One you video has finished downloading you can click on it to watch it or go to your external storage location  using a file manager of your preference.

*UCbrowser will create a default folder on your memory card to store its files

6. Enter the folder and your file should be there, you can move it to phone storage or copy it there if you want to watch the video from the default windows phone video player

END
That's it , if you have any questions , leave them in the comments section below.
